Up for auction is a 1 Owner 2006 Forest River Georgetown 35"6" Class A Motorhome with 2 Slide Outs . This is powered by a Ford 6.8L Triton V10 Gas engine with automatic transmission. The wheels are 22.5" polished Alcoa aluminum wheels with Michelin tires- do have some dry rot on sidewalls but tread is good. The generator is a Guardian 6500 watt gas with 233 hours. It has slide out topper awnings and a Dometic power awning. The interior is lean and exterior paint and body are in good shape, a few minor cracks in some decal areas and one scuff crack on the lower rear bumper in the fiberglass. The cab has tan cloth seats and tan carpeting, LCI leveling, A/C, no front TV, dual cup holders, tilt, cruise, windshield curtain, dual map lights, Clarion CD player. The living room has a tan cloth chair, tan pattern cloth sofa bed full pull out with matching valances and matching dinette booth with lamp above, wall lamp, wallpaper border, kitchen vinyl floor tile pattern, etched glass over sofa cabinets(a few glass cracks), oval wall mirror. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, 3 burner stove/oven combo, vent system, microwave and Norcold refrigerator, has a small pantry with sliding drawers that someone made. There is an accordion door to the hallway. The hallway has the slide out that connects with the bed as one large slide out. It has mirror closet door inserts(1 crack), multiple cabinets and drawers in the bedroom. It has the bed with mattress, headboard, dual night stands and lamps, corner TV, wallpaper border. The bathroom has a full door, toilet, neo angle shower with skylight, roof vent/fan, vanity wall mirror and wall cabinet. It comes with the owners manuals, 80 gallon fresh water tank, 22,000 GVW, 17,500 lbs. The paint and the sides are nice and straight. Interior is clean. Has some average wear and use.
