I have a very nice 2006 Georgetown 370TS XL. The XL is the optional model that provides the Artic Pack with the motor home giving you Options like Dual Payne windows, Heated Tanks and Extra Insulation. The 370TS is a Triple slide with the very popular Bath and a half design. Great for entertaining and for the kids. Tires were replaced this year, and Transfer switch and converter just last summer, converter is now the type that will allow float charging of batteries during storage. Unit is on a Ford Chassis with the V10 engine and has had only synthetic oil during the time I have owned it. According to NADA the value of this unit with the options it has is between 50K+. being in rough condition and I assure you this unit is not in rough condition. Last trip in it was to California without a single problem. Overhead TV has been replaced with a flat screen and another flat screen has been installed in one of the storage compartments for viewing at the campsite. (Very handy). Rear storage door on most of The model line have been a problem, not this one The door was removed and through a local fiberglass shop has been reinforced and sealed so it now provides dry storage for the spare tire and other items as needed. Just installed start of summer 4 new Michlen XRV tires and Two Last Fall. Spare has never been on the ground, has full aluminum wheels and even the spare is aluminum. Washer/Dryer works great and just installed a memory foam mattress. Outdoor Flat Screen TV in storage compartment, I have never used it. Permanent mounted Satellite System with setup for either Dish or Direct TV, all you will need is a receiver and service. Has Outdoor Power awning with wind sensor and new canopy last year. If interested can be included at additional cost is Magellan RV GPS and 10 Tire monitoring system. If interested I have a 2017 Ford Focus dingy equipped with all Blue Ox Tow equipment available for a optional amount, together this will be a unit ready to get in and go. Remember unit is sold as-is any doubts you may want to inspect it or have it inspected prior to bidding. If needed I can deliver anywhere in the lower 48 for actual cost.
