I am selling my 2006 Fleetwood Discovery 39c CAT diesel pusher motorhome. I purchased this RV from a family friend in 2015 in my dealership"s name for resale but decided to use it as our family RV due to it"s exceptional condition and reliability. This RV has never been lived in so the tire driven miles are as low as the walked on carpet miles. It has always been stored inside (the last 5 years in a climate controlled building) so the typical UV damage is minimal. The exterior is in great condition with the exception of a minor scratch from normal use that can be found if you look very closely.
I have kept a detailed maintenance log on the RV since ownership and ALL services have been performed as well as all preventative measures that I deemed necessary. Keep in mind that I am a maintenance nut! Everything on the coach works as it should and it is turn key, ready to drive anywhere. The only 2 items I can not speak for is the washer / dryer and the satellite tv. I would imagine they work fine but I have never used them. Tires have been replaced in the last few years, many interior lights switched to led. I replaced a couple of exterior windows with OEM window due to some fogging up issues between the panels of glass. I have upgraded the tv"s to smart flat screens and re-built the front tv surround to accommodate a flat panel tv so it looked correct. The surround system has also been upgraded to match the tv with a 5 channel system +subwoofer and bluetooth. The refrigerator cooling unit was upgraded and replaced a couple of years ago with a larger capacity to keep my drinks cooler and the automatic ice maker working as fast as possible.
We have put in a family pool in the last couple of years and found that we use the RV much less. This is the ONLY reason for the sale and that decision was not an easy one nor one that I am 100% on yet. I hope that "Daisy" moves onto a good home that treats it as well and makes as many good memories with it as we have.
