This 2006 Fleetwood Discovery has been very well maintained, stored inside in a climate controlled garage, no smoke, no pets, no wrecks and never lived in. The pictures say a thousand words as to the condition. The engine oil is changed every spring with a synthetic diesel oil in the coach engine and generator. Obviously it is no where near the required oil change mileage. Also on my yearly maintenance is changing fuel filters, air filters, fresh water system filters and HVAC filters. The tires are replaced every 5 years, transmission fluid and engine coolant is changed every 3 years. Chassis is greased twice per year as well as a twice per year brake, wheel bearing lube and overall chassis check. Anything that needs attention gets it and is done properly.
Also replaced last year was the house batteries. The interior and exterior of the motor home is in very good condition. You will find some normal wear and tear items here or there but absolutely nothing out of the ordinary for a 2006 Model. Both of the a/c and furnace units work well. The home is equipped with 2 flat screen televisions and a true dolby surround system. The RV does have a Tracvision SF Satellite but I have never used it so I can not attest to its function. It is also equipped with a washer/dryer combo. That too I have never used. As I stated above it was not used for living it and when I"m on a vacation the last thing I plan to do is laundry or sit in front of the TV. All other functions on the RV are in good operating condition and I would not hesitate to drive this unit anywhere in the country!
