Was never lived in we have used it mainly to sleep in appliances show like new.Has queen matress not a foam pad. Floor inside entrance is soft but does not hinder use. Laminate is added there see pic. sold as is.Park model no holding tanks.No title bill of sale only.was never lived in before we got it.does have a crack in the tub see pic possible fix with epoxy dent on back of camper and bumper.
