Inspector notes, the tandem axle trailer was very stable and performed excellent throughout all speed trials including acceleration and deceleration. Running lights and brakes inspected. Inspector notes, running lights excellent, and brakes ok. Checked for broken hoses, worn or loose items and visible leaks. Inspector notes, all hoses and items appear to be excellent, and no visible leaks detected anywhere. Air conditioner/Heat inspected. Inspector notes, Air conditioner function excellent and blows cold. Heat works excellent but the 2 35GAL propane tanks need to be re-certified since inspection sticker is expired. Slide outs inspected. Inspector notes, the slide outs expanded, retracted excellent. Title. Inspector notes,the trailer has a clear and clean New Jersey title. Stabilizer levelers. Inspector notes, the manual levelers expand and retract with ease and are in excellent condition. One front stabilizer is missing a platform. Number of Axles. Inspector notes, the trailer has 2 axles in a tandem configuration. Upgrades LED Recess lights and remote control master bedroom lights. New faux leather sofa. Tinted windows New wood flooring. Slightly soft on top of the water tank but does not affect the structure or integrity of the floor. External spare tire. Final road test and quality check.
