Up for Auction 2006 DUTCHMAN KODIAK TRAVEL TRAILER RV BY THOR INDUSTRIES
Bought this RV this January, unfortunately, have to sell it to downgrade to something smaller. Overall very good condition.
Good: -New wood floor, ready for carpet or vinyl. -New LED recess lighting. Previous lights worked together, I separated them so there is a switch for the master room, kitchen and sofa. The master room light works with a remote control so you don"t even have to get up to turn off the light. -Reupholstered leather sofa bed. -AC and Heat work great. -All windows are tinted for additional privacy. -Fridge works.- -Tires are in good condition and with 50% or more tread left. -Slide out works great. -Radio stereo works and had Bluetooth. -No leaks. -All lights work and all electrical system works. -Trailer hitch cable works.
Things to Note: -The rear bumper is bent and dented. -Never got to test the water heater or any of the plumbing including the bathroom. -Didn"t get to test the stove, but the RV comes with 2 propane tanks. -One rear stabilizer is missing, -No battery included.
