you are looking at a good looking 2006 DUTCHMAN DENALI 28LB 5TH WHEEL TRAVEL TRAILER. clean inside and out this well equipped trailer is ready for its new home.
the exterior as you can see is in good condition. paint is in great shape. the graphics as you can see kind of show its ago all the way around. they are A little faded and cracked(see pictures). does not seem to effect the structural integrity of this camper. the roof in in great shape with no sign of current water leaks (a little dirty). the tires as shown have plenty of tread left on them. the landing gear works with no issues. the awning is great shape with no major rips or tears and is completely functional (could use a good cleaning). the leveling jacks are in good shape and functioning. the outside of this limited production trailer overall is very solid. i do not see any signs of previous or current water leak.
the interior of this camper is gorgeous. this beauty is packed with plenty of options. between the 4 bunks, drop down dinette, sleeper sofa and master bedroom this trailer is equipped to sleep 10. all the upholstery is in great shape. the vinyl tile floor and carpet looks great(carpet has some light staining), with an absolute beautiful lay out this trailer is set up to keep you entertained on those rainy days, it comes with am/fm radio and tuner and hook up for 2 flat screens. when you need a snack the full service kitchen will supply all your needs. all in complete working order, the microwave, 3 burner stove, and oven are all in working order. to keep your food and beer cold. the full size fridge and freezer is in working order and runs on either electric or gas power. the large double sink is a nice option . the water system has not been testing but this bank repossession had an independent condition report and was tested as working before winterized. the full bath is really nice and will work great when you wanna take a hot shower after a day in the sun. the master bedroom is spacious and has plenty of storage for clothes, mattress is in great shape. and finally to control the climate the thermostat controls the central heat and overhead air conditioning with no issues. it is just a wonderful environment to be in and has plenty of space when the slide is open for any family on vacation. trailer has no keys but it is fairly cheap to replace door lock on ebay.
