We love this motor home. . so quiet driving down the road with the engine in the back. The outside is in excellent condition. The unit has very good tires at 70% tread. The chrome simulators are in nice condition. The windows are all in good condition and the windshield was replaced this Summer as we had a couple of rock chips in it. The decals are in average condition for the age. The outside steps work as they should. The exterior door is in good condition. All the basement doors function properly and the basement is in nice shape and pretty clean. The engine runs perfectly. The transmission shifts as it should. The unit is in NO need of anything with the exception of a starter for the generator which we are having replaced as we list this. The Generator is a diesel unit and runs perfectly. At 7500 watts it has power to spare! The unit is a Generac Guardian RV. The unit has a satellite dish on top of the unit. The window awnings were just put on last summer. The large awning is electric with lights built in. The slideouts work as they should and add a lot of space inside.
The unit has a queen bed and a large closet with draws beneath. A small TV in the bedroom. The unit has rear roof air conditioning with a remote control. The bathroom has a nice large corner shower. The bathroom is a good size for a motor home. The kitchen has a good working refrigerator; oven; cook stove; microwave; nice countertops; very nice sink and faucet with a hose for sink cleaning! The kitchen has a pantry next to the refer and all the cabinets are in nice shape. The table is very nice and makes out to a bed. The inside is not beat up at all. . the ceiling throughout is very nice. The living room area has a couch that is in great shape and makes out to a bed. The drivers seat and passenger seat are Flexsteel leather seats. They are both in fair condition. While there are no holes in them both of them have an area on the side that the stitching is pulling apart. The unit has self leveling jacks. . and one of my favorite things. . an air horn! I have replace all the bulbs inside with led bulbs. There are night lights that are built in throughout. The furnace works great. The unit holds about 29 gallons of propane for cooking and heating. The unit holds a little over 90 gallons of fresh water. The unit has an outside shower. The backup camera works great and doubles as a Pioneer radio/CD/DVD player. There is a 32 inch LED tv in the living area.
The Motor Home books for about $55,000 but we are motivated to sell her, therefore there is no reserve.
