Vehicle description

For sale is an all aluminum 2006 cross terrain, it"s 34 ft long, it was involved in a fresh water flood. For the most part I"ve cleaned out the previous owners contents the holds and the garage. The main slide is is patially open and needs to have its gear pack replaced. Its is an easy fix to me. I"ve serviced the axles and towed it from Texas to Illinois without issue. It pulls nice. The floors are solid the roof is very good. There is only a very little surface mold evident but there is def an odor. I think new carpets cabinets and appliances, maybe new wall coverings it"s hard to say. Overall still a great toy hauler with a ton of potential after a lil but if work.
Mechanically speaking, all of the systems have been tested and are in good working order. The heat and A/C work. There is a brand new water heater installed. We also replaced the power inverter and it has a brand new shore line cable As well as a brand new battery. The Generator turns over easily with a squirt of starting fluid, but the fuel tanks should be cleaned and the lines blown out before attempting to run the generator on its own. All the interior lighting works fine, and all the outlets work fine except the one on the slide. I assume a wire has been damaged and it will not be a difficult repair. The stove lights up, and the refrigerator gets cold. The pull out awning is in good condition no major sun damage or tears.
Basically, this toy hauler needs a very thorough cleaning, the gear pack replaced, a minor repair to the septic tank, the tank is fine but one of the pvc pipes is broken, it needs replaced and the tank cleaned. Both fuel tanks need to be cleaned. It needs a new dinette set some woodwork replaced. New Bedding in the master bedroom, and probably a weekend with a ozone machine to remove any remaining odors.
