Vehicle description
2006 Coachmen Aurora Motor Coach Ford Chassis with 3 Slideouts! ! This Listing is for a Beautiful 35 foot long Motor home with 3 slide outs and 2 Air Conditioners, 50Amp Service, Full Basement with lighted Storage Compartments, Hydraulic leveling jacks, the tires are all good, 2 of the back ones are new with less then a 1000 miles on them. No rot that I have seen on any of the tires. . the first 2 years I had it I kept it inside my shop for storage the last 2 years I have just left it at the Camp ground. I bought a $600 cover to keep on it over the Winter. the Motor is the Ford Triton V10. Runs perfect and only has 31,000 Miles on it. . everything works perfect on the Coach, 1 Ac in living / Dining room and another in the Bedroom, both work great. it has a Samsung 24 inch flat screen in the living room and a 19 in the Bedroom. Both Factory TV"s. both have DVD players hooked up to them. It has a Onan 7000 Watt Generator Built in. it has 3 Batteries, 2 Cabin Batteries under the steps and than just the one under the hood.
. This Coach is in Great used Condition, it has never been in a accident, it has never been in a flood, it has never had any kind of leaks in the roof, there is no water damage or delamination. . However it does have a rebuilt Salvage Title due to water Damage. . I know that sounds Crazy so let me explain, I purchased the Coach from a auction with a Salvage title due to water damage. I was told by the auction house the toilet was bad and was leaking, I went out and spent $450 on a brand new one the same as it came from the factory with. When I took it apart to replace the Toilet I realized there was nothing wrong with the Toilet other then the Factory put it in crooked and pinched the seal for it. . So from brand new the toilet seal was leaking and letting the water leak between the floor and the Linoleum causing a soft spot in the Bathroom floor. I personally repaired the Coach myself and can prove everything I am saying. I still have the Original seal that I replaced, I still have the Original Toilet that I replaced, and pictures of the work I did as I was repairing it. I took all of the walls from the refrigerator to the back bedroom out, I took the whole bathroom out, Toilet, sink, shower and the whole bed out of the Coach, the damage was centered only in the bathroom and about 8 inches of the Bedroom, However I wanted to make sure I removed all the damaged wood so I replaced everything from wall to wall in the bathroom and about 2 feet into the back Bedroom under the bed. I contacted Coachmen and ordered all the same wood, glue, sealers and Materials they used from the factory, again I went from wall to wall with the repair and then the seams from front to back where I had to tie the floors together I used Fiberglass Matt and resin to seal them, I promise the repair will last longer then the Coach will. I am a Fat a$$ and weigh 300+ lbs, I had to make sure the floor would be able to hold me walking around on it, and I made it stronger then the Factory did! When I purchased the RV I bought it with the intentions of fixing it and keeping it forever, I have owned it for 4 years now and built a lot of great Memories with the wife and kids ( yes the repair is 4 years old and still holding like new), However my 12 year old son is now 16, 6"1" and 295lbs and he is the baby. and unfortunately I am going through some health problems and just not able to use the Camper as much as we want to and the boys are just too big and out growing it! ! We have literally put maybe a thousand miles on the Coach since we have had it, We are Seasonal Campers at a Local Campground and the Camper has been there 80% of the time.
