Vehicle description

This is a clean low mileage unit that I bought as an upgrade from my current 1997 Winnebego 32" class A unit with no slides and a Ford 460 V8 with 70 plus thousand miles that I bought new in 1996. I drove this unit home and found I did not like it. Just TOO BIG for me as I found out having spent a little time with it. I am offering it for sale to recover my investment and to move on. I will wait for a smaller unit to come my way. The 50 amp generator has 198 hours on it. ACs work fine. Unit drives fine like you would expect with so low of miles. The tires show a DOT date code of 2014, so they are only 4 years old. Textiles are very good. The unit had one previous owner. If the previous owner had pets or was a smoker, it does not show. I have a clean car fax report for the unit. It was originally sold and titled in Missouri. Drivers seat are fine. Interior wood and cabinets show no wear I can readily see. Slides work fine and ACs blow like they should. Generator started with no issue. I did not use the shower or refrig or water system or plumbing but believe they should be OK. Batteries were fine so far. Did not check on their age.It has the backup camera system and levelers and all the amenities you might expect. I really liked the Ford V10 over my current V8 in my 1997 model. It is quite and smooth and reportedly will get better mileage than my smaller unit. The generator is much nicer. Very quite. I liked everything about this unit except the length and weight as I found out later. Should have driven one before buying. NADA LOW average value is listed as $36,700 for the unit and add $10,642 for the low miles. Average is $44,200 plus $12,818 for low miles. It is 12 years old and does have some paint fade on the exterior graphics, more so on the lower area than the upper area. May have been under a carport or canopy Who knows? Drivers mirror has the lower mirror missing. No damage to the mirror just missing the small glass piece? Ding in the side door about and 1/8 to 1/4 inch in diameter, Very small. Probable something else will pop up but for the asking price you can handle it and/or live with it. If something major was discovered when you came to pick the unit up that I missed, I would not hold you to the purchase. Major being something that would cost in the thousands, not hundreds. I would want the same assurance if I was on the buyers side. For this price you can afford to take a little risk like I did.
