Very well maintained excellent condition 2006 coachman concord diesel 275DS 29FT. Two slides. Back up camera. 6.0L Ford diesel with 52k miles. Very good tires brakes. All batteries replaced in 2020. No odors. No tears in upholstery. New mattress. Dinette removed but is included replaced With new queen futon. Sleeps 4 adults. Everything functions as it should. Generator runs on propane with only 275 hours. Recent as in last week oil change and fuel filter service. Lived in Florida and Tennessee her entire life. No rust or leaks whatsoever. Cedar lined closets in bedroom. Large picture window in master. New vinyl wood plank flooring in dinette with enough extra flooring included to finish kitchen if you wish although not needed. This motorhome needs nothing. Cold air both in the rear and cab as well as hot heat. If you win this motorhome and upon inspection and test drive are not 100 present not satisfied with your purchase you will receive your entire deposit back and we will part friends. Nothing to hide here. If you win this motorhome I will be out of town from April 2 until April 10 you must pick it up before that date or after that date which is fine by me
