Hot water heater. Outside Shower Everything tested and in working order. Unit is currently winterized Front storage compartment
Cassette Style Thereford Toilet Separate Stand up Shower with curtain
Floors and Roof are solid Canvas, Screens, Zippers all in great shape. No rips or tears. Has 2 curtain dividers for privacy in toilet or in shower Lots of storage Crank down stabilizer jacks on all 4 corners Rear mounted spare tire Side mounted awning. We did not open it. Comes with 1 key
Two things that we noted with the camper. 1) The front storage cover over the box is abs plastic, they commonly crack. This one is cracked in the top right corner. It has been sealed. Noted in pictures. 2) The canvas where it attaches to the slide has a 5-6 seam where the stiching has come loose. This is also shown in the pictures
