This alfa rv is a one owner well taken care of rv looking for a new owner who has the time to use it. The rv has been kept under an rv shed, hooked to power when not used with a dehumidifier that runs full time on the inside. The rv is started every month and left to run for 12 hours letting everything cycle through. We have just installed a brand new house fridge along with a roof top ac that helps keep the inside of the rv in the 70s on hot days. We also just replaced the starter on the generator and the igniter on the hot water heater. This rv can sleep 6 comfortably and if a built in table was added 2 more. It has plenty of storeage underneath with roll out bens , a tv and a electric cooler/freezer. The awning is electric and the jacks self leveling. This rv also has track vision so you can watch satellite while moving. It has the extra ceiling height inside making it feel more like home then an rv. It no longer has the washer/dryer and was converted into storeage but all the hook ups are still there if needed .
