This motorhome runs and drives very well. We purchased used in October 2017 in Colorado to move back to Pennsylvania. We stayed in it the winter of 2017-2018 while looking for a home to purchase. After home purchase in March of 2018 the motorhome was used very little, only an occasional camping trip. There is very little rust on the undercarriage with most of its ownership being in the low humidity and dry west. This Bounder is on a Workhorse chassis with a GM 8.1 liter V8 and Allison transmission. The motorhome was recently inspected, as a result 4 new tires were put on, a right rear axle seal replaced, new windshield wiper blades and a number of exterior light bulbs. The chassis engine oil and filter were recently changed and the chassis lubed. The Onan 5500 generator engine oil, filter and air filter were just changed. This motorhome is very well equipped. Please see the original MSRP sticker from the manufacture in the picture section. Everything works on the coach with the following exceptions. The step linkage needs replaced. The new part needed is included. The main slide out cover awning needs replaced. The new cover awning material is included. The backup camera goes out intermittently. There are a few small dings and cracks on the exterior. Please see pictures. There is also some condensation damage around driver and passenger front windows. Please see pictures. The main slide has damage to the interior trim from previous owner. Please see pictures. The shower has two repaired cracks and is usable. Please see pictures. Three window blinds have broken strings. This motorhome has dual pane windows some of which have fogged, they are repairable or can be replaced if desired. There are no ceiling leaks! The TV antenna was updated to digital and all analog TV"s have digital converters. The electric windshield blind, electric main awning, leveling jacks, and and slide rooms all work properly. The interior cabinets, furniture, carpet are all in very good condition. The bedroom queen bed has a home quality foam mattress. All appliances work properly. The plumbing system is currently winterized and was in proper working order when the winterization was done. All gauges for engine and motorhome are in working order. Both roof air conditioners work very well as does the dash air conditioner. Both roof airs can be run by the generator or plugged into 50 amp service. The 50 Amp cord, heated water line, and like new sewer lines are included. Electric and heated mirrors work properly. The roof air conditioner solar panel was removed by previous owner but plug in is there. All batteries are in good condition. This motorhome is set up for towing, including brake control. It is rated at 5000 lbs and 500 lbs tongue weight. The original complete set of manuals and instructions are included. This motorhome served us well and has been priced to sell! It is very comfortable for travelling and or extended stays! The shorter length makes for easy maneuvering Thanks for looking!
