| “Everything on the camper works. Cold ac and hot heat. Overall it is in good condition but it has sat outside most of its life. The front of the camper has been repaired from water damage but was repaired correctly. Roof was resealed and there are zero leaks on the camper. There is a spot of delamination on the left side of the camper below the vent. I installed two new group 31 Deka batteries deep cycle that was 220 dollars each. Inside is very good shape. Carpet needs cleaning. Wall area behind the stove is soft. It is right behind the area of delamination on the outside. You cannot see it but if you push on it you can feel it is soft. Neither area affects the structure of the camper. Onboard Onan generator runs and powers perfect and only has about 30 hours on it. All jacks work fine. The slide out motor is bad. We run the slide out manually . I have tried to describe the condition as accurately as possible.” |

We are selling because family wants a larger camper. Overall it is good condition and works well. Need nothing. We are the second owner. I have every book or manual for everything on the camper. Feel free to ask any questions and I will answer them the best I can. Decals have been replaced in areas and are not the original but they look fine. If you are wanting a perfect camper this probably isn’t one you want but if you want a solid camper in decent shape that’s cheaper than a perfect one it will work fine. The fastguns tie downs are included with the camper. I have a new set of Torque Lift Ford brackets that fit 2017 and up Ford super duty that I will sell but are not included. This camper is for an 8 foot bed. Thank you
