We are the 2nd owners. The original owner was an insurance executive in Houston. He only used it to go to Nascar races in Dallas and to TX Longhorn College football games in TX. It was never out of TX and never in inclement weather. He kept it at the dealer in Houston where he purchased it and they maintained it for him until Feb. 2014 he traded it in for a new one. We purchased it from the dealer in March 2014. It only had 12,000 miles on it. It recently turned over 60,000 miles. It is the bath and a half model with bath/shower in rear and half bath mid coach. We have traveled a fair amount regularly and always get compliments on this coach. It is very comfortable and still has the original leather smell. The only reason we are selling it is we want to get a newer coach with the full wall slide.

Condition Details Never used in snow/ice. NO salt damage or corrosion There is absolutely no rust and we have stored it indoors Very few scratches/imperfections/rock chips in paint. Not perfect but very nice Very nice residential refrigerator with water/ice in door was installed new when we purchased it We had the “dated” liquor display replaced with a coffee station cabinet matching original cabinets/hardware House batteries replaced 6 months ago (Gel cell) One of 3 AC units was replaced 3 years ago. The second of 3 replaced was 4 months ago. The 3rd original unit still works as it should but will most likely need replaced in the near future. All 4 slide out covers were replaced 3 years ago Tile is excellent condition Carpet has no tears or significant wear All upholstery in excellent condition Updated dash stereo Most all interior light bulbs have been updated to LED
Chassis/Engine Details C-15 Cat 600 hp. It does not use any oil or smoke. This motor/tranny combination will run forever. Spartan K-3 chassis – complete chassis inspection/service/alignment performed 2 years ago by St. Louis Peterbilt dealer Alternator replaced 4 yrs ago Water pump replaced 3 yrs ago AC compressor replaced 3 months ago Serpentine belts replaced 2 years ago Chassis batteries replaced 2 years ago Always serviced as required. Several times by Cat dealership so the oil chemistry records were recorded. Engine starts instantly and runs like it is supposed to – no oil leaks. All leveler hydraulic lines front to rear replaced 6 yrs ago We replaced all 8 tires 4 years ago. The front 2 tires were replaced again 2 years ago as they were not wearing to my liking. (Hence the full chassis alignment noted above) They are now wearing perfectly! Exterior light housings and front light lenses and marker lights replaced 4 years ago including all bulbs
Generator Onan 10,000KW with 2,000 hrs. Fully serviced as required. Runs like it is supposed to and no oil leaks/issues Fan belt replaced 3 years ago
The bad Windshield has a 6" crack (low center) and several stars. It passed MO inspection for license renewal but wanted to point this out Window beside the front passenger seat needs repaired or replaced. Lower crank out came apart from crank. 3 windows are slightly fogged, but not leaking. The grey water drain is closing but red light stays on. I have replacement part and plan to fix this in the next week.
I can’t think of anything else it needs at this time. Everything else is working! Comes with all manuals and books.
