31 foot Ameri-camp Wrangler travel trailer. Great condition.
Carrier air conditioner works great, never tried the furnace but was told by prior owner it worked.
Hot water tank works great.
Refrigerator, freezer, and all other appliances work great.
Full size mattress in it but there"s room for a queen.
Lots of storage room. Trailer brakes and lighting work as they should. Comes with manual leveling jacks and two mostly full propane tanks.
Sleeps 9 if some are children. Sleeps 6 adults omfortably.
Awning is torn. Water pressure is low when running on storage water but works perfect when hooked to hose. I think the water pump is about due for replacement. The bathroom light is not working. Never attempted to fix as the skylight provided more than enough light.
