2006 Ameri-camp lite 5th wheel ready to go camping! only selling because we are buying a drive unit sleeps 6 cold ac and hot heat no water damage. roof was sealed two years ago when I bought it from the dealer only problem with the whole unit is the fridge only works on propane and the dealer told me it needed a heating element for the electric side. awning is in great shape and easy to use water heater works great microwave, oven shower all works great. the window covering and personal stuff wont go with it.
great tires and brakes. all lights work great also
had a rear hitch installed to pull extra trailer with toys
have a gooseneck adapter if you need it. $200 extra
