2005 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31C Class C Ford V10 38000 Miles. We have owned this RV for several years. It has been sitting for a couple of years. I had it serviced at Triangle Truck Services and instructed them to go through everything. It was a bit over $4000. I can provide the receipt for this. If I recall correctly it was a major tune up and brakes etc. . I drove it to where it is parked now; 180 mile trip and it ran great. I stopped at an RV repair center to have them look at the damage that you can see in the last picture. They encased the opening with silicone and tape (not in the photo.) They also placed tape on the seams up top. That rear damage has been there since I purchased it. I should have waterproofed it sooner, but did not think anything of it. That rear corner should have the vinyl and plywood replaced. I did receive a quote for $3800 to do that. My plan was to tackle it in the fall and be ready to head out in the spring. Now it"s summer and free time is not a reality at the moment. For the right person this is in awesome rv that can be used as it is right now. And after some TLC could be solid again. The back foot and half or so of the rv is a really nice trunk and that is what has been weakened by that opening. I am happy to take more photos and help in any way. I will update the listing with more information tomorrow when I head over to where the RV is parked; like the exact mileage and more. I will list locally as well and if the for sale status changes I will update accordingly.
