Custom built 2004 50" Semi-Trailer RV.
3 bedroom or could be 2 bedroom with an office. Also additional office area with cabinets and place for file cabinet. Front bedroom has a desk area, as well. Lots of individual space with shutting/locking doors. Many oak storage cabinets throughout, including large pantry closet. Dining table has drop-sides and custom built for the space. Kitchen has large frost-free RV refrigerator with freezer, gas stove/oven combo, microwave, sink, etc. Extra led lighting under cabinet. Front bedroom boasts 3 huge closets for hanging clothes, and 5 large drawers on rollers! Trailer rides smooth and clothes do not "bounce off rods". We have left a cup of coffee on the desk and it stayed there without spilling. Interior completely painted with fresh paint. clean, no smells, mold, etc. Has power hooked up with air/heat running.
RV 12 volt is not completed. Some is installed- water pump, fridge, batteries, charger.
All heat/air is electric- Has been used mostly as a "park & plug-in" rig. (Moved 1-3 times per week for the last 2 years). 3 built in wall heaters and 2 portable air conditioners work great.
Under belly bays provide ample storage and would accommodate a generator, if desired.
Bathroom includes tub/shower combo, upgraded toilet, large storage cabinet for towels, etc., sink, medicine cabinet, laundry cabinet, and washer and dryer.
Very sturdy solid stainless steel front door locks with deadbolt. Perfect for rodeo, fairgrounds, etc. Secure if left for a period of time.
Tires are in excellent condition.

Currently registered as an RV. Tool box and racks on back. Some new tires. Custom pearl white paint. Just over 700,000 miles.

We love this rig, and are only selling due to our oldest daughter not being able to travel and sing with us anymore. Coming off the road and buying a house.
