This is a very clean, well maintained trailer. Last several years used as RV and summer live-in cabin. Had rear section set up as living room. Now everything is back to three-horse slant. Certainly there are little scratches and a couple small dents, but from a short distance it looks new. Tires new Oct 2015 and have about 3000 miles on them. Brakes new July 2015. New water pump, radio-cd player, TV antenna, converter, microwave, refrigerator, misc. light lenses, weather stripes. If anything looked worn, I replaced it. This trailer is ready to hook on to and tow anywhere in the USA. Please feel free to ask me any question you may have and I can take pictures of things I did not include. This has always been a Texas trailer and there is no road salt or beach use. The living quarters is complete, cozy and tight. Has pass thru door from living quarters, mangers and a 10ft or less short wall. We would offer buyer a 50 cent per mile delivery service if that would be of help. Charge would be from our home to yours only not both ways.
