This is a low profile camper with pop up. The roof and camper jacks are manual crank (not electric), all working, no issues. This is 13" 4" total length. This is 1650 dry weight. This fits pick up with eight foot bed. You can tow trailer with this on the truck. The interior is in good, clean condition. The exterior could stand washed and wax but is other wise in good condition (some of the graphics are faded, as pictured. This has a hot water heater. This has a toilet, shower and sink in the bath area, also a second shower on the outside behind locking door. This has a 3 way refrigerator which works on a/c, d/c and gas. The air conditioner blows cold, never any issues. This has a gas furnace which works well also. This has a 3 burner gas stove, sink and storage cabinets in the cooking area. We do all of our cooking outside on camp stoves. This has an a/c-dc power converter. This has a fresh water holding tank with 12 volt pump for primitive camping or can be hooked to pressurized water supply. This also has black water holding for toilet and gray water holding for sinks. All of the canvas, screens and windows are in very good to excellent condition. Everything on this camper works properly without issue. This is ready to camp. Note: We removed the table from this, It was always a trip hazard and in the way. The specs say this sleeps 4 but it is comfortable for two (My opinion). This includes operators manuals. Buyers welcome to come and inspect this prior to purchase, by appointment.
