2005 KZ SPORTSMAN 40ft Inside is a 9,Outside is a 7 just due to sun. I"m the second owner first owner worked for me and bought my business. Has brand new tires,shocks,and brakes. Less then 1k miles. Has no leaks but roof was still treated with another rubber water tight elastomeric sealer with a 5yr warranty. Toy hauler storage has all new floor 3/4 weather treated plywood with water barrier above and below. New diamond plate floor and on door. Only done to increase floor capacity and cosmetically for new diamond plate. At that point why not do the floor as well. Has a walk on roof. Electric jacks. Has a propane fueled generator with electric start and remote start in the living area. Three slide outs with huge living area over size kitchen with almost full-size refrigerator and freezer,and double sink. Three burner stove and oven, as well as microwave. 2 flat screen screens TV"s is wired for roof top antenna or satalite but does not include either toilet and shower large enough for 6ft 6 270 LB man to easily use comfortably has A/C and heat controlled by wall type thermostat. A/C can hang meat in. All appliances,pumps A/C water heater lights etc can run on propane, 12 volt off battery and charger or from land power 30 amp plug in. All switch sources automatically. Can sleep 8 on built in mattresses beds fold out couches etc. Toyhauler area can easy sleep 2 or 3 more on Air Mattresses and leave door open to living area to have A/C and heat. Even with its own entrance door. Several storage areas underneath one all the way through from side to side with doors on both sides. Has 2 pull out canopies gas line plug ins for gas grill and gas fire pit. Holds two 20lb propane bottles on slide out tray in enclosed compartment. Small out side stereo. Can include a fifth wheel hitch if applicable but may need a part or two to adapt.
