Vehicle description
Up for sale is a 2005 Roadtrek 210 Class B motorhome. This is a Chevy Express 3500 chassis equipped with the 6.0 liter V8 engine. Van has power windows, locks and mirrors, compass and outside air temp display. The rear axle is a 4.10 gear ratio with optional G80 locking differential. The van has a Class V, 12,000 lbs capacity trailer hitch receiver. California vehicle for most of its life, so there"s absolutely no rust anywhere.
The vehicle runs and drives perfect. There are no fluid leaks, no warning lights on the dash. All gauges work, A/C is cold and heater is hot. It drives down the road with the steering wheel straight and isn"t pulling to any side. It has all 4 brand new matching LT tires. It can be driven across the country without hesitation.
This is a fully equipped motorhome, has a full bathroom, full kitchen, refrigerator, rooftop A/C with heat pump, propane furnace, outside shower, fresh/grey/black water holding tanks, continental spare tire kit, retractable awning, propane tank and tons of storage. Swiveling front seats, rear seat that transforms into a large bed. Onan Microlite 2.8kW gasoline generator has only 0164 hours and starts and works well. Rooftop A/C works well. All appliances work well. Comes with a 30 amp shore power cord.
The house part of the RV is not perfect. Although you can start taking road trips immediately, you may choose to repair a few things as you go. The issues are listed below:
Pullout drawer needs to be made for the storage compartment in the rear right corner of the vehicle. We have a brand new cover panel and a latch with keys from Roadtrek and it will be included with the vehicle (see picture). However, that panel needs to be mounted to the face of the drawer. The drawer is supposed to pull out together with the panel. Missing a cabinet on the driver"s side, in front of the rear window/behind refrigerator.
Kitchen cabinets are misaligned, showing substandard previous repair. 2-burner stove cover is missing a chunk in one corner.
Rear bumper is missing right half of the ground effect trim. Missing original Roadtrek cushions for the rear bed. There"s a RV mattress in the back that you can use while on your way home (if you choose to fly in and drive it back). Some scratches (the biggest is about 28" long) on the left rear side of the vehicle. Here is the link to a Google Photos album with 65+ pictures:
