We have a super nice and clean 2005 Pilgrim 306 RLSS. This unit has been very well maintained and even includes a full RV cover. The graphics are still bright, and are not peeling. It features a large super slide that contains the dinette and a sofa/bed (jack knife type) which are both free standing units that can be moved around. The bedroom also has a slide for the queen bed and provides great additional space to move around the bed and closet area easily. The bedroom also has the large full closet across front of trailer.
Has the large corner shower and separate toilette closet with upgraded porcelain bowl.
The back of the RV has a very large window perfect for facing West and enjoying the view or the lake or whatever you really want to have for you scenic pleasure. That area is intended for two recliners or swivel chairs however they did not come with. So you have a blank canvas there to make it to your liking. Another small jack knife sofa would fit there as well to increase sleeping capacity to six.

We purchased this unit from one of our insurance brokers. It had a tree fall on it near the front that punctured a 3" diameter hole in the roof and damaged the awning cloth. We have replaced the awning cloth and we have professionally repaired both the roof and ceiling. We use all factory materials, fasteners, and sealants. This practice insures that our units appear as good as new and repairs are difficult to spot. This beautiful clean unit has many years of great service and fun to offer!
We installed a brand new Roku 32" Smart TV along with a brand new Pyle Entertainment system that features four indoor speakers and two outdoor speakers with ABC three zone volume controls. This system is blue tooth enabled and pairs fast and easy with your phone or other bluetooth players for great party fun listening to everyone"s favs. It also has a built in DVD player that we connected to the TV.
This unit requires a 3/4 ton towing vehicle with an electric towing brake control.
This unit weighs 10,900 lbs.
