It has tile floors, solid surface counter tops in the kitchen and bath. It has a electric cook top and a single door fridge. A Convection Microwave. The bath features a spacious radius shower along with sink vanity and toilet. The Toter has a 10 KW Powertech Diesel Generator with 4425 hours on it. It has a 13,500 AC roof air, and a gas furnace.
