Vehicle description

Good travel trailer. Four season, warm. We are moving it because I want to downsize a bit, and you should pull this with a full size truck. It sleeps four. Two on a queen/full bed and two on a bed made from converting the dining table. Although it is 12 years old, I have kept it quite mechanically sound. Inland truck suspension worked over the suspension, brakes, bearings, etc a year ago. Features: electric jack santiflush for black tank. enclosed tanks one electric slide out two batteries which are nice for boondocking two propane tanks air conditioning propane heater with ducting water heater (just a few years old) fridge/freezer combo full bathroom with inside tub, shower, toilet, with the addition of an outside shower attachment. sink, microwave (not the original), stove, 4 burners stabilizer sway bars (very nice on the interstate) I can also not include this if it is easier for you. I will likely want the same thing on my next camper. I have owned it since 2010. It has been stored in a covered warehouse until this last week Measurements: Ht to top of AC unit (~10.5 foot), Length: tongue to end of back bumper: 24, width: 8"4 The previous owner also had a nice hitch receiver welded to the frame on the back. I could not precisely quote it"s capacity. Probably fine for a boat trailer, etc.
upcoming maintenance issues:
1. Some condensation developing in the windows, will have to caulk them in the spring. There has been no major water intrusion however. There was a small leak on the top of the roof a year ago. I caulked this up. No major damage, but will have to be watched. 2. Tires will need to be replaced soon 3. The am/fm/cd player in the camper does not work. 4. There are various minor dings and scratches. I am not going to list these. It is 12 years old
Logistics: If you would like to have a general inspection, I can haul it to an RV dealership in my city only. (lincoln has two). You pay for the inspection. I will accept reasonable offers. I may be able to tow it to you if you are in a bordering state, but you will have to lay down a non refundable deposit. We can work this out on an individual basis.
