Fully Self Contained, Quality Built 4 Season Silver Fox Edition 29V by Northwood.Excellent Layout, roomy and Cozy. Rear Queen Bedroom, Power roof vent,Slide with Storage, bath in the Middle, Living area up front with Superslide, Popular Front Kitchen with lots of counter space and nice Front window. Sleeper Couch, Chair, 4 Chair Dinette, Norcold Fridge, Gas Stove/Oven, Microwave is missing. Tons of cabinets and storage. Nice window and blinds throughout. Roof is in great condition, no leaks or delamination. Power Hitch, Nice 19" Main Awning, Dual Entry as well!
Not sure why but this coach was issued a Non Repairable Certificate for some reason, kind of feeling like it was a clerical error as it seems to be a super solid coach. Only thing I found was that mattress was removed looks like vent lid was left open so possibly some rain came in as the wood is stained where the mattress would lay. Other than that everything works just as it should and pics tell the tale, its nice! In California it can be transferred supposedly but would not be issued tags or plate, the certificate is irreversible. I was told some states will revive to a salvage title with an inspection.
But if you just need to put a nice 4 seasons trailer on your property, this is a Great option!
This Make and model most are asking over 13K so I have just put a buy it now on there because I have to(and its worth it) but I will be accepting the first reasonable offer from a serious buyer.
