We are selling this 2005 Monaco Signature 45" Commander IV. This unit is in good shape for the year but does need some flooring work and a little TLC through out. If you want a 45 foot coach with a big 525 Cummins ISX motor, four roomy slide outs and are handy with a wrench this is your unit. If you want to buy a unit just like a wholesaler or like a dealer at auction then this is your unit. We have priced this unit to reflect the work it needs done to it and it is aggressive.
