Vehicle description
Coach runs and drives, was in a building where another coach caught fire. Fire damaged the entry door and glass around passenger window which was open. Majority of the damage was soot to the inside, this has been 90% cleaned and the carpet has been removed. Both seats and the J lounge have slight discoloration from where the pillows were sitting. I do have a used fridge for it to replace the inside cabinet that is stained. Entry door is off and I have a new skin and window for it. Two other windows have already been reconditioned. The generator, ACs and furnace all work fine. The roof vents, fridge vent, and AC covers were melted from the heat, no damage to any of the wiring on the AC units. The inverter is the only thing that is not working. Coach will be sold with a bill of sale, and will require a home built or rebuilt title in your state of registration.
