It has a large slide out for the dinette. Full kitchen and a queen bed in bedroom. Condition: Overall very good. There is one delamination spot right under window on slide out. Generator runs stong, automatic transfer box needs serviced everything powers fine on shore power,Gen. runs but will not switch over. Tested: water pump, A/C, heat, all work as they should. Interior lights work fine. Mild soft spot in center of floor No repair needed, these are typical on Lances. Single Slide Out, Rear Living, Rear Full Kitchen, Double Kitchen Sink, 3 Burner Range, Refrigerator, Bathroom, OverCab Bedroom, Queen Bed, Wardrobe, and Much More

In order to keep down costs on ebay this unit is being sold AS-IS being that a full prep was done on the unit when sold 6 months ago, the unit is ready to camp in today. As with any used camper you buy from us or anyone else you should seal it up by doing the seasonal maintenance as you would any RV. Check your seals at least 3 times a year. That way you know it’s ready to go camping correctly from the start. Just a reminder WE DO NOT SHIP!
