Vehicle description
Very well maintained 2005 Lance 815 Truck Camper. I know I will regret selling but I find i use my toy hauler more. The unit is self contained. It Fits full size short bed and long bed trucks, half tons included (It is lite weight for a hard side unit). I would say this unit is an 8 out of 10 hands down. Excellent shape.

Very clean and well taken care of unit. I am the second owner. It was bought from a family member of mine. Never smoked in and no pets. Adult owned and used by single male with no kids. I have used the camper about four times in the two years I have owned it for a couple of short over night trips. The roof is solid and clean, NO LEAKS/rot/soft spots. Winterized every year and always stored under cover with belly supported. I live in New York. The camper is currently winterized at my property in Pennsylvania. I am available to show the camper on weekends. You will have to meet me at my property in the Scranton PA area to view if you desire. If you know truck campers you know this unit is highly sought after.
Buyer is responsible for obtaining there own tie down system on there truck. I will provide buyer with Lance original certificate of origin and a bill of sale. This is a CASH ONLY SALE.
