Specs -31 ft 5th wheel - 8000 pd dry - 2 axles - 1 super slide (12×4) - 4 brand new heavy duty trailer tires
Alright folks here it is. This amazing project has everything done to it and is ready to move in. Here"s the story. I am a contractor who was traveling the us with my wife. Instead of staying in hotels we decided to get a 5th wheel and make it a home. So I searched for the right shell and found this 05 outback sydney edition. It was the right size and the layout was really cool so I bought it. Then I went through it from the ground up and put all kinds of upgrades in it. I also went through the outside and made some minor repairs. I wanted to make it a nice home on wheels for the next few years. We finished it fall of 2017. We have been living in it now for 5 months and it"s awesome. BUT we just found out we are having baby so it"s back to the drawing board. We are moving back to Georgia and getting a house. So this 5th wheel would make a sweet home for someone or a couple.
Here"s a list of upgrades
- took out floor and installed 25 year vynal plank (hardwood)
- took all the small rv furniture out and installed new furniture.
- took out all the wallpaper and flower stuff and primed and painted everything interoir. ( ceiling, walls, trim, accessories )
- installed new outlets with USB port
- installed haier washer dryer combo with shelves
- reinforced wall and put mount to swivel 180 for my 55" LG TV
- installed Bluetooth unit and speakers throughout the camper
- installed backsplash in kitchen
-Trimed out camper
- reframed bed and installed regular queen matress( storage under neath)
- made closets bigger to hold both our clothes
- installed new led lights in everything
- updated safety components
- serviced ac unit
- great trailer brakes
- deep cleaned the entire camper
- BRAND new tires - changed shower head for more flow +mixes air for more pressure.
Much more small things included.
So the the camper purchase will include all items except for 55"TV. If you want that it"s extra.
But the loveseat recliner is brand new as is pull out dining tabe and chairs. And included the haier washer/dryer ($1300-1500) unit.
