| “Here I have a 2005 Keystone 32ft travel trailer with no slides. It has corrugated steel exterior. I have been living in the trailer full time since 10/1/12. This trailer has cosmetic flaws, but it has many many upgrades. It does not have a black water or water tank, the plumbing is park model style, meaning the sewer goes straight to sewer discharge and city water connection is the only water connection. The upgrades are the following, included in this sale, whirlpool stackable washer and dryer set, 10 gallon electric water heater, 36" x 34" custom shower stall from lowes, delta shower and kitchen sink faucets, 21" glass top range with oven, dual roof top coleman a/c's with custom house style programmable thermostats which are battery operated. The bedroom has been modified to accommodate a full size regular queen mattress with lots of storage underneath. This trailer is customer wired for 50amp hook up with 240 circuits for dryer and range oven. In person showings available.” |

Here I have a 2005 Keystone 32ft travel trailer with no slides. It has corrugated steel exterior. I have been living in the trailer full time since 10/1/12. This trailer has cosmetic flaws, but it has many many upgrades. It does not have a black water or water tank, the plumbing is park model style, meaning the sewer goes straight to sewer discharge and city water connection is the only water connection. The upgrades are the following, included in this sale, whirlpool duet sport stackable washer and dryer set, the dryer is vented and has a tee vent which allows you to vent the dryer in the bathroom during cold weather, 10 gallon GE electric water heater, 36" x 34" custom shower stall from lowes, delta shower and kitchen sink faucets, 21" glass top range with oven, dual roof top coleman a/c"s with custom house style programmable thermostats which are battery operated. The bedroom has been modified to accommodate a full size regular queen mattress with lots of storage underneath. Regular house hold fridge and toilet. This trailer is custom wired for 50amp hook up with 240 circuits for dryer and range oven. The roof has a rubber coating and has no soft spots. The rubber roof coating got wrinkled with time due to the original application applied with out the right primer. The black section on the roof is due to the old a/c that broke was left on the roof while the coating was applied. I was going to recoat the roof again, just have not got around to it. Included with this sale is 6 gallons epdm liquid roof buckets to allow you to recoat the roof a $500+ value. The bunkroom where the washer/dryer has the wall paper coming loose. I installed the wall paper from lowes to mimic a regular dry wall finish and it did not work out as planned. The bamboo flooring was not finish under the dinette with the intention of replacing the whole dinette but that also never happened. The exterior paint is faded mostly due washing with industrial degreaser instead of regular degreaser. I thought industrial degreaser would make the trailer easier to wash and to my unfortunate surprise the paint washed away in some areas. Electric brake drum and assembly and wheels where replaced 2 years ago. My personal belongings are not included in the sale along with the queen mattress, wardrob inside the bedroom, tv, computers etc. If you expect a perfect trailer, this trailer is not for you. If you want a trailer which is livable full time, this is the trailer for you. This trailer is setup to live in it full time and not for camping in the weekends. I currently still live in the trailer as the moment. In person showings available. I reserve the right to cancel this auction due to a sale outside of ebay.
