Runs and drives with perfection. Everything works! All switches, pumps, generator, etc. have been tested and are working well. This Class C measures out at 33.5 feet and has ample room for spacious living on the road. Here is a quick rundown of the major features and comforts: Guardian 4kw generator with 357.2 hours, 32" LED TV, 24" LED TV, DVD, Satellite dish, Huge 15 foot motorized awning, electric step, full power slide outs, Gas oven, microwave, Air conditioning, furnace, and so much more. The 6 tires are all in excellent condition with lots of life left in them. I just put 3,000 miles on it this summer with a couple of long-haul trips and it performed perfectly. The engine purrs and is strong, quiet, and consistent. The transmission is BUTTER and shifts effortlessly and definitively. It is an awesome drive! This RV has been winterized and ready for cold-climate storage or for your next trip in warmer climates. There are minor cosmetic imperfections here and there as you would expect in a 12-year old RV, but mechanically, everything is working just as it should. The rear bedroom slide out is designed for a King bed but currently has a queen in it. Most people are particular about what they sleep on so I will leave it up to the next owner to decide on what kind of King (or Queen) mattress they want to purchase.
