Vehicle description
PLEASE NOTE: THIS RV IS CURRENTLY IN COLLINGSWOOD, NJ 08108. I WILL BE LEAVING FOR FLORIDA JULY 2ND WITH IT. I"M HAPPY TO DELIVER IT IF YOU BUY IT FROM THE PICTURES AND YOU ARE WITHIN 100 MILES OF MY WAY TO SWFL.
I added more detailed pictures of the water damage that the RV had when I bought it 4 years ago. It does not leak. This was damage from when the RV was first built and repaired by the dealer. I repaired the delamination. I just never went the extra step of sanding, and gel coating it. I just wanted it to be solid. If you want a pretty flawless RV then, be prepared to pay 3-4 times this no reserve amount.
I am the second owner of this very unique RV. The previous owner put 6,000 miles on it. We put 11,000 on it. It is a modified 2005 Four Winds Model 28A. This is a premium RV that is all aluminum structure. One of the best made and sought after in the market. It was our beach house on IBSP for 4 years. We"re now in Florida and it"s time for someone else to enjoy this fantastic 4WD RV. Well over $60K invested in it. Similar 4WD RVs(when you can find them) are $60K-$150K. It has the MBR in the back, bath and shower in the middle and the salon in the front. It"s a full four season design with heated gray and black water tanks.
It was modified by Quigley"s to be a 4WD RV($13K). It also has a Bank"s performance package($2.5K). It is 29 feet long and has the following features:
1. Four wheel Drive with locking hubs. 2. Banks performance exhaust system 3. 2" Steel spacers on the Dually"s to keep the tires from rubbing together when deflated. 4. 12K pound remote control winch, cradle and includes 50" strap. 5. Front mounted fishing rack with cooler, bait cooler, cutting board, lights, etc. It swings away to allow use of the winch. 6. Kevlar sidewall tires that have 11K miles on them. Always covered in winter. 7. Cat eye filling system for the duallies. Keeps both tires at the identical pressure. 8. V-10 Ford engine and automatic transmission with cooler and tow package. 9. Newer steering damper(3 years old) 10. Fog lights 11. Solid State electronic battery isolating controller so that the coach and engine batteries are connected above 12.7VDC. 12. Upgraded Class III hitch includes extension and turnbuckles for anti-sway system. 13. Heated black and grey water tanks so you can use it when it is below freezing out. 14. (2) 12VDC TVs, one with integral DVD player. 15. Satellite dish for either Dish or Direct TV and includes a fully paid for SD box for Direct TV. 16. 150 Watt Solar panel with dual 100AH AGM batteries for unlimited boondocking on the beach. 17. 4kW gas generator. Works great. I start it weekly as recommended by manufacturer. 18. Integral 7500 watt inverter. 19. Aluminum rear deck. 20. All windows are tinted and have day/night shades. I replaced all of the strings in all of them. They work great. 21. Gas/electric refrigerator. Works great. I added additional cooling fans with a switch or thermistors. I also added the neccesary baffles to improve air flow. Actually gets too cold if not attentive. Includes a wireless temperature monitor with alarms for each compartment. 22. Sleeps 8. 23. Memory foam mattress in MBR with multiple custom fitted sheets. 24. VHF TV antenna. 25. Many USB ports inside and outside to plug stuff in. 26. WeBoost Cellular range extender($400). 27. Temperature controlled Fantastic Fan in MBR. 28. Custom storage for dump hose under frame carriage. 29. Portable Honey Pot with wheels. 30. Adco cover($400). Few small tears here and there but still gets the job done. 31. Full side awning. 32. Electric extension mirrors(orginals included) 33. Rearview camera(needs wire) 34. Upgraded stereo with Bluetooth and full screen. 35. 13Kbtu roof mounted AC. 36. 13Kbtu propane heater. 37. Air compressor with manifold and hoses for fast re-inflation. 38. Locking hatches all around. 39. Gas stove and oven. 40. Microwave. 41. Upgraded shower head. 42. Exterior shower. 43. All interior lights upgraded to LED. 44. New throttle body at about 6700 miles. 45. Fresh oil and filter. 46. New battery last year. 47. Air Bags
You will be able to tow your boat, motorcycle or car(with the included BlueOx hitch).
I can also send more pictures and have a video of the generator running. This is ready to fish now. It won"t last long. The fridge will be on when you come look at it. I will need 24 hours notice to get it down to temperature.
The bad:
The left rear delaminated in a small section and I repaired it by drilling some holes, removing the window and using two part epoxy to glue it all back together. It is no longer delaminating and I sealed any places where water may have entered. That same leak affected the ceiling next to the shower. It no longer leaks and I elected not to tear it apart to repair the soft spot it created. Bear in mind, this is 14 years old and this is not the brand new price which would be well in excess of $100K. The rearview camera must have a bad wire and needs to be replaced. I was going to get a wireless one that would work with my phone if I kept it.
Delivery available for $1.50/mile plus a one way plane ticket home(unless you are on my way from NJ to Florida). We can work out delivery.
Seller has the right to terminate the auction if it sells locally first. Do not bid on this if you have no feedback or history with Ebay. I will cancel your bid. Contact me via email first.
