Ford V10 6.8L. Engine w/ Automatic Transmission LEVELING SYSTEM IT HAS GAS GENERATOR WITH 6962 Hrs ( works great ) Length - 30 ft GVWR - 15,700 lbs Fresh Water Capacity: 50 gal. Gray & Black Water Capacity: 40 gal. LP: 22 gal. 1 Awning (needs repairs a few rips) 2 A/C Units both blow cold air Heater Sleeps 6 Sofa 1 TV 2-part Sink 3 Burner Stove w/ Oven & Ventilation like new Microwave (not Working) Fridge & Freezer side-by-side Bathroom w/ shower & vanity Tons of Cabinets for Storage some need minor repair The RV does need some work as far as house, Mechanically runs great The roof had a minor leak but was repaired There is some deterioration in the wall panel in the interior and should be replaced in Office/bedroom around the window Some minor deterioration on the panels near the dining table Needs some panel replacement Floor in the RV looks solid throughout except small area in Office/bedroom by the window in area of 2x3 feet still functional but can notice some softness Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced Driver and passenger seats were replaced with Flexsteel chairs from another RV and both are in very good condition Kitchen faucet does not work and would also need to be replaced The exterior for the most part looks good could use some work Front bumper has two cracks and should be repaired Rear bumper has 2 cracks Some of the storage locks are broken Awning works and has a few small rips on it Please see all pictures of damage I tried making them as noticeable as possible This RV was previous used by a medical organization Good Tires good brakes Runs and drives good Very clean undercarriage! NO RUST! RV was checked thoroughly by a mechanic at a truck repair shop All Electrical, Heating, and Plumbing is in GOOD working order this motor home was winterized!
