It has 2 fold outs 1 power slide out a dinette and a folding sofa bed ,which allows it to sleep 10 The interior as you can see by the pictures is clean and in good condition ,and when we plugged it in everything seemed to be in working order ( AC , radio , ) . , ac blows cold , microwave and refrigerator came on Did not see any leaks anywhere or signs of previous leaks . All parts of the ceiling walls and floor in seem to be in good shape A piece of the linoleum has a tear by the door (shown in video) but floor seemed to be solid underneath
The outside of the trailer also looks good as you can see by the pictures as good well there ,might be a few small scratches and nicks that you would have to get up close to see (I didn"t really see any) some of the decals are faded and we do not have keys, awning looks good tires in good condition.We towed it about 30 miles with no problems
