| “Very nice hybrid Roo. Rare white interior gives it a very classy look. Front and rear areas house heated queen mattresses. Sofa and dinette fold down into beds. The upholstery is in shape. Kitchen: 3 burner gas stove with oven, overhead fan with light, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, double sinks, sound system, drawers and cabinets. Bath has a standup shower, sink, medicine cabinet with mirror, and toilet. The interior is very roomy and comfortable. At the entrance is an entertainment stand with cable hookup. 2 ceiling vents, one with a fan. Roof A/C blows ice cold. Floor vented furnace works great. Both controlled by a thermostat next to the sink.Exterior: 2-20 lb. propane tanks, battery, new propane water heater, outdoor shower, 12 foot awning, security lights, removable propane grill, roof with no leaks or cracks, roof antenna.
