Gear Box 5 HW 375FS Fleetwood 38" 5th wheel great condition inside, has got two folding beds and a queen electric slide out with shutter door, some of the features include gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, shower, toilet, 2 sinks- one in the kitchenette and one next to the queen bed. Built in radio, tires are in good shape, outside is ok the paint is a little faded but not bad for over ten years old, has got a folding step up, screen door and a full zip screen for the back door, all the sliding windows have screens- intact. There are cabinets in kitchen area and in the bedroom area. Looks like wasn"t used much there are a couple dings on the inside no major damage all the air ducts and hoses are in good shape. Floor and walls look good, has got 4- two way radios with built-in charger in one of the cabinets. Custom shades on the widows. Previous owner took good care of it. GVWR 17,000 lb.(full)- CCC 4745 lb.(cargo cap)-UVW 11,146 lb.(unloaded vehicle weight). This trailer will be sold AS-IS, I cannot guarantee all the options are functioning. Gen shows 844 hrs.
