Up for sale is my 2005 Fleetwood Prowler RV 30 ft Fully Equipped, Everything works 9/10.
This RV is ready to be used.
It is 30 feet in total length from bumper to hitch with a weigh of 6,300 lbs. It has 1 big slide-out in the diner/couch area. It is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, A/C and heater unit, 2 large propane tanks, 1 marine battery, water heater, and electric slide-out. It has the original carpeting and kitchen/cabinets in great condition. This RV has 2 doors, one in the living room and another one that goes directly into the bedroom.
The sofa turns into a bed and the diner turns into a bed as well. The two loveseats in the pictures are included. All the interior connectors, lights, and exterior lights work.
It comes with 4 great condition tires and a great spare tire. All 4 leveling jacks included.
RV is located in Canutillo, TX and is sold "AS-IS".
*Note: It does have one soft spot in the bathroom floor, but it doesn"t affect it. It can handle a 300 pound man with no issues. Also, the awning cloth is torn, it would have to be replaced.
