This is a super clean 2005 Fleetwood Providence 39L with 4 slides and has the Cat 350 hp diesel and Allison Automatic. Has power and leather everything,including awnings and jacks that auto level. Has super Rare outdoor kitchen with sink and grill table attachment,with 1 yr old refrigerator outside. Also included is brand new dual digital washer and dryer unit, was 800 new. We have had this Rv for a little over 3 years and put on only about 10k miles but have decided to buy a cabin instead so I"d like to get it gone. Generator is a 7500 Cummins Onan with 798hrs and runs great Generator and Coach have all been serviced and are ready to go 4 new gel cell batteries were new last year cost 1k. Front steer tires were new 3years ago Rears are Original but show some signs or weather checking. We have only used this around here locally on the weekends and always stored inside never seen Snow. This thing drives like a dream, I also have aftermarket extended warranty for 2 more years i will be checking to see if that is transferable,but it needs nothing. The only damage is to the front corner looks to have maybe hit a raccoon on deer, a bra would cover this up as it has the snaps but I never received it when i bought it.
