Need some work is being sold as is does have dry spots in the rear of the trailer I started to fix it but haven’t had the time to finish it it does need fixed before you can pass in the bunkbed The roof on it does not leak anymore I did fix 2 years ago I have a new Awining just need installed everything else works good Generator has very low hours and runs good Never been smoked in
