Camper specs: Closed length - 19"2", Open length 24"8". Gross Vehicle Weight Rate (GVWR) - 3770, Gross Hitch Weight Rate (GHWR) - 450, Gross Axle Weight Rate (GAWR) - 3320. Base Vehicle Weight 2630.
Appliances: Air conditioner, gas furnace, 3 way refrigerator (Battery, Gas or Electric), Gas hot water heater, inside 3 burner gas stove, outside 2 burner gas stove.
It has a slide out dinette which gives the camper extra inside space. It has 2 king size beds on each end with privacy curtains, it has a couch which makes into a bed and the dinette can also be made into a bed. There are 2 extra bed lights which can be used in each bed area and a light/fan over the dinette area. There is additional storage space inside the camper. There is a 20 gallon water tank and water pump for when you are camping without electricity. It has an outside shower, canopy, spare tire, leveling jacks and front storage area.
The camper can hold 2 propane tanks on the front, will include 1 tank. There is also a battery box on the front of the camper (current battery dead). There are 3 cross bars which would allow you to carry a Kayak and 4 yakima bike racks installed on the cross bars. The camper has electric brakes and comes with a sway bar. We have all of the manuals that came with the camper when we purchased it. Overall, the camper is in great shape and very clean, non-smoking family. The door on the camper works fine, but the panel that slides up and down needs some minor repair.
Will deliver the camper within a 75 mile radius of Kissimmee. Payment to include $2000 payment via PayPal and balance can be made at delivery in the form of a money order or cashiers check.
