This coach has rear master bedroom with queen bed, large residential shower, large kitchen, dining table for four, sofa bed, sofa recliner, Leveling jacks, built in Onan 7500 diesel generator with only 160 hours, rear view camera and much more. Coach has Maryland Salvage Title due to fire damage. It appears a hose fell onto the exhaust and caught it on fire and caused minor fire damage by the exhaust. Coach was repaired on site and was driven from Maryland and all burnt items were replaced. Coach is road worthy and is now located in Rocklin California 95677. Also noted number of cracked tiles, driver side window seal failed and is fogging and oil pressure gauge on the dash is not working. Oil pressure was tested with computer and is ok. Coach is sold AS-IS, cannot be financed. MSRP on this coach was around 250,000, buy it for large discount. All California Buyer must pay sales tax, varies by residence.
