Up for auction is a 2005 Coachmen Leprechaun 31"6" Class C Motorhome with a power Slide Out. It is a Ford E-450 Super Duty chassis with a Triton 6.8L V10 gas engine and automatic transmission. The unit sleeps 7 people and has the front overhead entertainment area with sliding bed. The front area is solid. It has 16" wheels with dual rear wheel and all good condition tires with chrome simulators, chrome front bumper, 30 amp service, Onan micro quiet 4000 generator with 1318 hours. The exterior has blue and tan striping and a rear ladder. The cab has gray leather seating, tan carpeting, power windows, power door locks, cd player, tilt, cruise, A/C, and dual front airbags and cup holders. The interior has the front overhead entertainment area in nice shape with the front TV and dual cabinets, it also has dual windows with valances and the privacy curtain, sliding bed with mattress. The living room has the jack knife style sofa bed with matching valances and matching dinette with drop down table and storage cabinets under. The dinette has the lamp above, cable hookup and power outlets with upper cabinets. The slide out has the sofa and the kitchen area the slides out with it. It has a 3 burner stove/oven combo, vent system, microwave, sink and counter top extension. It has a domestic refrigerator. There is a sliding door to the bathroom area. It has cabinets on the right before the toilet room. The bathroom has the neo-angle shower with skylight, vanity with sink and mirror cabinet. Full toilet room door with the toilet, window, shelf, roof vent and fan, cabinet and hamper. The bedroom has the accordion style sliding door. It has the bed with mattress and comforter, pillow shams, valances with blinds, closet and night stand. The climate control is duo-therm and is ducted. The bedroom This unit has the water heater, water pump and furnace. It has the outside awning and slide topper awning, the topper has some tears in it over the slide out which happens. The slide out is a one touch power slide out. Nice condition inside and out, the decals are good overall but did have some flaking on the edges and some cracking on a few of the top rear corner ones. It runs and drives excellent. Nice layout having the center bathroom which is big, some have the small bathroom which can be hard to move around comfortably. The slide out is a great feature to get that extra space!
