Up for auction is a LOW MILEAGE 2005 Coachmen Leprechaun 31ft Class C Motorhome with a Slide Out and 31,047 miles. This unit is on a Ford E-450 chassis and has a 6.8L V10 gas engine with Automatic Transmission. It runs and drives excellent and was just driven here 350 miles. The wheels are 16" with chrome simulators and have excellent tread on the BFGoodrich tires about 90% left. It has the slide out topper awning and main awning(material flaked and cracked), outside Jensen stereo with speakers power outlets and cable hookup. It has the rear pass thru storage, tow hitch and plug and Firestone ride rite helper springs, single power entry side step, Onan micro quiet 4000 gas generator with 706 hours. The cab has gray leather front seats with tan carpeting, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt, cruise, A/C and dual front airbags. The overhead bunk has a blue mattress and has valances with pull down shades. The floor and walls of the bunk area overhead look good. The living room has tan carpeting, jack knife sofa bed with matching dinette booth, area for a flatscreen TV with cabinet, owner manuals, lamps. The kitchen and bath have vinyl flooring and the kitchen has the 3 burner stove/oven combo, microwave, vent system, Dometic refrigerator, micro monitor and sliding door to the bathroom. The bathroom has a neo-angle shower with skylight, vanity with lights and mirror cabinet, hair dryer and private toilet room with toilet, window roof vent and fan and hamper. The bedroom has an accordion style privacy door and has carpeting with a walk around bed area, it does not have a mattress but does have the comforter and shams, 1 night stand, 1 single door closet and 1 double door closet, roof vent overhead cabinets, reading lamps, corner TV cabinet for a TV, valances with pull shades. This has 1 roof A/C which is ducted and has heat with digital climate control. The cab radio does not work from what we can see but the outside stereo works great. There are a few scuffs and minor scratches but overall it looks nice the decals have some cracking and peeling like most of these get over the years. It appears to have had a camera system at one time but that is no longer on the unit. This is priced thousands below book value, average retail is over $39,500 so we have priced it accordingly for the minor cosmetic imperfections.
