Vehicle description
2005 Coachman Concord. This is a well cared for RV, mechanically sound and water tight. No leaks ever and there is no corrosion of any kind. The bad items are as follows:
1. There is a small fracture in the plumbing fixture on the back of the toilet. This will need repair before water pressure can be restored.
2. The water heater has stopped functioning and is need of a new controller board.
3. There is a small amount of damage to the rear bumper on the passenger corner as well as a missing running board on the driver side.
The engine has been completely rebuilt and no longer suffers from the typical failure points of the stock 6.0 diesel engine. This bad boy sat unused for 36 months and cranked right up when new batteries were installed. Additionally, all items inside are included in the purchase and that includes the following:
